Prices in US dollars. Plans belong to the Space owner. People count once across the owner's Spaces, and guests never count. Guests at a time and transcript hours are shared by the owner's Spaces. Room history covers room messages, photos and voice notes; transcripts follow each room's keep time (7 days by default) and direct messages are kept while both accounts exist. Nothing is charged during the beta.

Do I pay anything during the beta?
No. Everything is free during the beta, every account gets Crew 15, and we don't ask for a card. Nothing is charged until paid plans start, and only if you choose one.
What is the founding price?
Space owners in the beta can keep Crew at a lower price for life: Crew 15 at $14.99/month instead of $19.99, Crew 20 at $19.99 instead of $24.99, and Crew 25 at $24.99 instead of $29.99.
What is a Space, and how are people counted?
A Space is one group with its own members, like your work crew, your family or a club. Inside each Space you make rooms: walkie rooms for talking, like #dispatch and #shipping, and chat rooms for messages. People in one Space can't see or hear another. On every plan, people are counted across all the Spaces you own: each person counts once, and you count as one. Spaces you're only invited to never count, and guests never count.
Do invited people or guests pay?
Never. A plan belongs to the Space owner. Everyone you invite joins free, and guests never count toward your people.
What happens when a 4th person joins on Free?
Free covers 3 people. The 4th person starts a free 14-day Crew 15 trial, so nobody is left out while you decide.
Which features are paid?
Only transcripts ("Transcripts are on Crew plans and up."). Rewind, the AI assistant (with your own key), guest passes, calls, private calls, and the watch, web and iPhone are on every plan. Plans differ in people, Spaces, rooms, guests at a time, history and transcript hours. Space color is on Crew and Business.
What does the AI cost?
Nothing from KeyUp, on any plan. The assistant is bring your own key: the Space owner adds their own OpenAI, Anthropic or compatible key and pays that company directly. They can set a monthly question limit. Rooms start with the assistant off, and nothing goes to any AI until it is on and you've said yes.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly saves about two months: Family is $49 a year, Crew 15 $199, Crew 20 $249 and Crew 25 $299.
What does Radio Bridge cost?
Radio Bridge (Beta) is free during the beta, then $25/month as an add-on on Crew and Business. It isn't available on Free or Family. You also need a USB radio interface and a small computer next to the radio.

Why one price per crew instead of per person?
Because crews change every week. New hires, temps and seasonal help shouldn't mean a bigger bill. Crew 15 is one flat price for up to 15 people, and Crew 20 and Crew 25 add 5 people at a time. Invited members and guests are free. Most push-to-talk apps charge per person: a 15-person crew at $7 to $13 per person is $105 to $195 a month.
