Report a problem or suggest a feature (in the app)

Send us a problem with your app logs, or an idea, straight from KeyUp.

What it is

You can tell us about a problem or an idea from inside KeyUp. For problems, KeyUp can add its own app logs from this session, which helps us find the cause much faster.

When to use it

Use it when something doesn’t work the way it should, or when you have an idea.

How to do it

  1. Go to You › Help and tap Report a problem or Suggest a feature.

    You › Help.

  2. Type your Message. For problems, leave Include app logs on. The What’s sent box lists exactly what goes with it: your message, app logs from this session, the app version, your phone model and Android version.

  3. Tap Send. You’ll see Thanks! We got your report.

  4. On the watch, swipe up to the controls and tap Report a problem. Say what happened, or pick a short reason like No sound, then tap Send report. It sends the watch’s app logs.
