Music and podcasts while people talk
Other apps get quieter while you or the crew talk, then come back up by themselves.
What it is
KeyUp lowers music, podcasts and other apps’ sound while there’s talk in your room, so you don’t miss a word. The music keeps playing, just quieter, and comes back up by itself about a second after the talking stops.
When to use it
Nothing to set up. Read this to know when your music dips.
How to do it

Someone else talks in your room, or you use Replay: your music gets quieter while you hear them.

You talk with Hold, Tap or the watch crown: your music stays quieter the whole time you’re on air.

Open mic: your music only gets quieter while open mic actually hears you speak, not the whole time it’s on.

Talk on watch, listen on phone: the phone lowers your music while you talk on the watch, or while the watch’s open mic hears you.

This happens on the device that plays the room. If a device’s sound is off (for example Sound on this watch set to Off), or you muted the room with Speaker, KeyUp leaves its music alone.
