Do not disturb

One switch makes KeyUp silent on your phone, watch and the web app: no room audio, no ringing, no buzzes. Choose 1 hour, until tomorrow morning, or until you turn it off.

What it is

Do not disturb makes KeyUp silent on all your devices. You don’t hear room talk, calls don’t ring, and nothing buzzes, sounds or pops up. You stay connected, and anything you miss is still in Rewind and the chat. Everyone sees a moon on your picture and after your name.

When to use it

Use it for a meeting, a nap or the night, when you don’t want any room or call to reach you.

How to do it

  1. On your phone: tap the moon at the top of the Talk tab. Pick 1 hour, Until tomorrow morning (8:00 AM your time) or Until I turn it off. The moon fills in while it’s on. Tap it again to turn it off. You can also find Do not disturb in You.

  2. On your watch: add the Do not disturb Tile and tap a choice there, or find Do not disturb at the top of the watch settings.

  3. In the web app: click the moon at the top of the Talk tab, or open You and find Do not disturb.

  4. It’s one switch for your whole account: turning it on or off on one device does the same on the others.

  5. While it’s on, people who call you are told (name) is on do not disturb right away, and pages are turned away too. The call shows in your call history.

  6. When it ends, by itself or when you turn it off, each of your devices shows a short summary like While you were away: 4 talks, 1 call, 2 messages. If nothing happened, you see nothing.
