End a guest pass early
Owners and admins can end a guest’s pass before it runs out. The guest leaves the Space’s rooms right away.
What it is
A guest pass usually ends by itself when its time runs out. If a guest should go sooner, the Space’s owner and admins can end the pass now. The guest leaves every room of the Space at once, and their app says Your guest pass ended.
When to use it
Use it when a visitor is done early, joined the wrong room, or shouldn’t be there. To stop a link that nobody has used yet, turn it off in Invitations sent instead (see Create and share a guest pass).
How to do it

Find the guest. They show with Guest under their name in the People tab (owners and admins see the Space’s guests there), in a room’s Everyone here list, and in Room settings › People in this room.

Tap the guest, then tap End guest pass. Guests get this instead of Remove from Space.

Check the question, for example End Hohn’s guest pass? They leave #dispatch now., and tap End guest pass to confirm. Tap Cancel to keep them.

You’ll see Name’s guest pass ended, and the lists update. The guest is signed out on their phone or browser unless they still have a pass for another Space.

In the web app: tap the guest in the room’s people list, tap End guest pass. The button turns into the question (End Hohn’s guest pass? They leave #dispatch now.); tap it again to confirm.
