Listen to two rooms
Hear a second walkie room a little quieter than your own. Talking still goes to your room.
What it is
Besides the room you’re in, you can listen to one more walkie room. It plays a little quieter than your room, and quieter still while your room is talking. Your talk button, crown and open mic always talk to your own room.
When to use it
Use it to keep an ear on another area, like Shipping while you work in Receiving.
How to do it

On the Talk tab, long press the walkie room you want to hear and tap Also listen here.

A bar for the second room shows on your talk screen, and the room list says Also listening. When someone starts talking there, you hear a soft two note chirp and the bar shows who it is. To hear it first or turn it off, see Second room chirp in Sounds.

To answer there once, hold Talk on the second room bar and speak. When you let go, you’re back to talking in your own room. This is on the phone only.

The bar also lets you mute the second room, make it your room (the two rooms swap), or stop listening.

To keep it quiet on all your devices for a while, mute the room with Audio or Both. The bar then says Audio muted for you. See Mute a person, chat or room.

On the watch, you see + #Shipping under your room name, and a small chip with who is talking there. The watch only listens to the second room. The room info on the watch has an Also listen switch.

To set how loud it is, go to You › Sound › Second room volume. It starts at 60%.
