Ask someone to join your room

Send a friend or someone in your Space a quick nudge to come into the room you are in.

Ask to join tells one person you want them in the room you are in. They get a short sound and [name] wants you in #room, with Join and Not now. It works for friends and people in your Spaces who can open that room.

  1. Be in the room you want them in.
  2. Tap the person (People tab, a face, or your friends list) and tap Ask to join #room.
  3. KeyUp says Asked [name] to join #room.

Watch

Swipe up, open the person’s screen and tap Ask to join.

Web app and iPhone

Tap the person and choose Ask to join #room.

When someone asks you

Phone

A notification says [name] wants you in #room. Tap Join to go to that room, or Not now.

Watch

The same notification shows on the watch.

A notice shows [name] wants you in #room with Join and Not now.
